Krista Erickson presented the Water Patrol volunteers of the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office brand new outer gear on Feb 6, 2009.
Friends and Family of Vince Erickson created a memorial fund in memory of Vince after the volunteers of the Water Patrol recovered him and brought Vince home to his loved ones. They were unaware that the Water Patrol is made up volunteers and wanted to dedicated memorial funds towards resources that support their efforts.
